Izonie Preorder Terms and Conditions Preorder lets you reserve a product before it is available in stock, at an advantageous price. 1. A preorder request is submitted from the product page; our team accepts it and creates your order profile. 2. A prepayment (deposit) confirms your preorder; the amount is indicated on the product page. 3. The remaining balance is paid before or at delivery, according to the product conditions. 4. Delivery windows for preorders are estimates; we keep you informed at each stage. 5. If Izonie cannot deliver the product, the prepayment is fully refunded. 6. If the customer cancels after the product has been ordered from the supplier, the prepayment may be partially or totally retained depending on the stage of the order. By placing a preorder you accept these conditions.
