Seller Right of Withdrawal Withdrawal of earnings: 1. Seller balances become withdrawable once orders are marked as delivered. 2. Withdrawals are paid via MTN Mobile Money or Orange Money to the number registered in the seller dashboard. 3. Withdrawal requests are processed within 72 hours on business days. 4. The platform commission is already deducted from displayed balances. Closing a seller account: A seller may leave the platform at any time after fulfilling all pending orders. The remaining balance is paid out in full after the last delivery is confirmed and any open dispute is resolved.
