1. Introduction

1.1. “Izonie” is the trading name for Izonie and its affiliated companies. Izonie operates an e-commerce platform consisting of a website and mobile application (“marketplace”) together with supporting logistics and payment infrastructure for the sale and purchase of consumer products and services (“products”) in its operating territories.

1.2. These general terms and conditions apply to buyers and sellers on the marketplace and govern your use of the platform and related services.

1.3. By using our marketplace, you accept these general terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Izonie marketplace.

1.4. If you use our marketplace on behalf of a business or organizational project, you confirm you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Registration and Account

2.1. You may not register with our marketplace if you are under 18 years of age.

2.2. When registering, you agree to:

2.2.1. Keep your password confidential.

2.2.2. Notify Izonie in writing immediately if you become aware of any disclosure of your password.

2.2.3. Accept responsibility for all activity on your account resulting from a failure to keep your password secure.

2.3. Your account is for your exclusive use and is non-transferable. Izonie reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts at its sole discretion.

3. Terms and Conditions of Sale

3.1. You acknowledge that:

3.1.1. Izonie provides an online platform for third-party sellers and buyers.

3.1.2. Unless Izonie is explicitly listed as the seller, Izonie is not a party to the transaction between the buyer and the seller.

3.1.3. A binding contract for sale is formed directly between the buyer and seller upon confirmation of purchase.

3.2. All product prices must include applicable taxes and comply with governing laws. Delivery, handling, and insurance charges are only payable by the buyer if expressly stated in the product listing.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1. Returns and refunds are managed by Izonie in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Page, as amended from time to time.

4.2. Izonie, acting on behalf of the seller, may issue refunds via store credit, vouchers, bank transfers, or mobile money at our discretion and in compliance with local laws.

5. Payments, Store Credit, and Promotions

5.1. Payments: All payments must be made in accordance with the Payment Guidelines on the Izonie marketplace.

5.2. Izonie Store Credit: Credits earned are subject to the Izonie Store Credit Terms. We reserve the right to cancel credits if fraud is suspected.

5.3. Promotions: All competitions or promotions are governed by specific Promotion Terms and Conditions visible on the website at the time of the campaign.

6. Rules About Your Content

6.1. "Your Content" includes all materials (images, text, reviews) you submit to our marketplace.

6.2. Your content must be accurate, civil, and must not:

• Be obscene, suggestive, or depict explicit violence.

• Be deceptive, fraudulent, or constitute "spam."

• Infringe on any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

7. Our Rights to Use Your Content

7.1. You grant Izonie a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content across our marketplace and marketing channels.

7.2. Izonie reserves the right to edit or remove any content that breaches these terms or is otherwise objectionable.

8. Use of Website and Mobile Applications

8.1. You may use Izonie for personal and business purposes related to buying or selling products.

8.2. You must not:

• Use our website in any way that causes damage or impairment of performance.

• Use robots, spiders, or automated means to access the site (except for search engine indexing).

• Conduct systematic data collection (scraping) without express written consent.

9. Data Privacy

9.1. By using the marketplace, you agree to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Izonie Privacy and Cookie Notice.

9.2. Sellers are directly responsible to buyers for any misuse of personal data; Izonie bears no liability for seller-side data breaches.

10. Izonie’s Role as a Marketplace

10.1. The relevant seller (whether Izonie or a third party) remains exclusively liable for the products sold.

10.2. In the event of a dispute, buyers should follow the process set out in the Izonie Dispute Resolution Policy.

10.3. Izonie does not warrant that the marketplace will operate without fault during "Force Majeure" events (natural disasters, hacking, civil unrest, etc.).

11. Limitations of Liability

11.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Izonie will not be liable for any business losses, loss of profits, or corruption of data.

11.2. Our aggregate liability for any contract of service shall not exceed the total amount paid to us for that specific transaction.

12. Breaches and Termination

12.1. If you breach these terms, Izonie may:

• Temporarily or permanently prohibit access.

• Suspend or delete your account.

• Commence legal action for breach of contract.

13. Law and Jurisdiction

13.1. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the territory in which Izonie operates.

13.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that territory.
