1. Payment Methods Accepted by Izonie

Izonie accepts the following methods of payment to ensure a secure and convenient shopping experience:

• Payment on Delivery (PoD)

• Mobile Money (MTN MoMo & Orange Money)

• Debit & Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)

• Bank Transfer

• Izonie Credit

1.1 Payment on Delivery

You may pay for your purchases once the goods are delivered to your location. Payments can be made in cash (exact amount preferred) or via mobile money transfer to the official Izonie merchant account provided by the delivery agent at the time of arrival.

1.2 Mobile Money

This is our primary digital payment method. You will be required to input your mobile money number at checkout. A secure prompt will be sent to your phone to authorize the transaction.

Note: Please ensure you have sufficient funds including network withdrawal/transaction fees to avoid payment failure.

1.3 Debit & Credit Cards

We accept local and international Visa and Mastercard. Your card details are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway. Izonie does not store your full card numbers on our local servers.

1.4 Bank Transfer

For large orders, you may opt for a bank transfer. Our bank details will be displayed at checkout. Your order will be processed only once our finance team confirms the receipt of funds (usually within 24-48 hours).

2. Vouchers & Discounts

Izonie offers two types of vouchers to help you save on your purchases.

2.1 Promotional Vouchers

• Usage: These are codes issued during marketing campaigns. They apply a discount to your total cart value at checkout.

• Terms: Valid for a single use only. They cannot be converted to cash or transferred to other accounts.

• Expiry: Each code has a specific expiration date which will be communicated upon issuance.

2.2 Refund Vouchers

If you return an item, you may choose to receive a Refund Voucher.

• Benefit: These vouchers are valid for 180 days and allow for instant re-ordering of a different item without waiting for bank processing times.

3. Izonie Store Credit

Izonie Store Credit is a digital balance tied to your account. It consists of Refund Credit (from returned items) or Reward Credit (from cash-back promotions).

3.1 Using Your Credit

• You can apply your balance at the checkout page.

• If your credit doesn't cover the full amount, you can pay the remaining balance using Mobile Money or Card.

3.2 Cash-Back Rewards

Occasionally, Izonie offers cash-back incentives. These rewards are credited to your Izonie Store Credit balance and can be used for future purchases. Reward credits are not withdrawable as cash.
