Izonie Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Introduction

At Izonie, we want you to have a seamless shopping experience. We understand that occasionally, you may need to return a purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns and issue refunds on behalf of our sellers, as well as the circumstances under which a return cannot be processed.

2. Return Period and Conditions

Sellers on Izonie offer a 7-day return window following the date of delivery. We cannot accept return requests once this 7-day period has lapsed. You may initiate a return for the following reasons:

3. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, Izonie does not accept returns on:

  • Personal Care: Underwear, swimwear, makeup, skincare, and fragrances.

  • Consumables: Food, beverages, and groceries.

  • Customized Goods: Any items tailored specifically to your request.

  • Damaged Items: Products damaged by the customer after delivery or used/worn items that are not defective.

4. Packaging Your Return

To process your refund, items must be returned in the exact condition received. This includes:

  • Original packaging.

  • All tags, labels, and accessories attached.

  • Secure outer packaging to prevent damage during transit (items remain your responsibility until they reach our center).

5. Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved:

  • We will refund the purchase price within the timeline specified on our website.

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Izonie will also refund the delivery costs.

  • Refunds are typically issued via Store Credit, Bank Transfer, or Mobile Money based on your preference.

6. Rejected Returns

All returns are inspected to verify the claim. If a return is rejected (e.g., the item was damaged by the user), we will attempt to re-deliver it to you twice. If re-delivery is unsuccessful, the item must be collected from our hub within 60 days, or it will be forfeited.

7. No Exchanges

Izonie does not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or color, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
