Izonie Seller Policy

1. Introduction

This Seller Policy governs the conduct and obligations of all third-party vendors ("Sellers") on the Izonie Marketplace. By listing products on Izonie.com, you agree to adhere to these standards to ensure a safe and reliable shopping environment.

2. Seller Eligibility and Account Conduct

• Verification: Sellers must provide accurate business or individual identification, including tax information and bank details for payouts.

• Account Security: Sellers are responsible for all activity on their accounts. Credentials must not be shared with unauthorized third parties.

• Single Identity: Sellers may not operate multiple accounts to manipulate search results or bypass platform restrictions.

3. Product Listing Standards

To maintain the professional look of Izonie, all listings must meet these criteria:

• Accuracy: Titles, descriptions, and specifications must be 100% truthful. Misrepresenting a product’s condition (e.g., listing used items as "New") is a breach of policy.

• Imagery: Use high-quality photos on a clean background. Watermarked images from other marketplaces are prohibited.

• Prohibited Items: Sellers may not list counterfeit goods, illegal substances, weapons, or any items restricted by local laws or Izonie’s internal safety list.

4. Order Fulfillment and Logistics

• Processing Time: Sellers must confirm and prepare orders for dispatch within 24–48 hours of receiving an order.

• Inventory Management: Sellers must maintain accurate stock levels. Frequent cancellations due to "Out of Stock" status will result in account penalties or suspension.

• Packaging: Products must be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. Izonie-branded packaging is encouraged where available.

5. Pricing and Fair Competition

• All-Inclusive Pricing: Listed prices must include all applicable taxes.

• Price Parity: Sellers should strive to offer competitive pricing. Artificially inflating prices during high-demand periods (price gouging) is strictly prohibited.

• Anti-Circumvention: Sellers must not encourage buyers to complete transactions outside of the Izonie platform to avoid commissions.

6. Customer Service and Communication

• Professionalism: All interactions with Izonie customers must be polite and professional.

• Privacy: Sellers receive buyer data (name/address) solely for fulfillment. Using this data for marketing or private contact is a violation of the Izonie Privacy Notice.

7. Returns and Quality Control

• Return Acceptance: Sellers must honor the Izonie 7-Day Return Policy.

• Defective Goods: If a product is found to be fake or defective, the Seller is responsible for the full refund and any associated return shipping costs.

8. Penalties and Termination

Izonie reserves the right to penalize Sellers for policy violations through:

1. Lowering search visibility (de-boosting).

2. Temporary suspension of listing privileges.

3. Permanent account termination and withholding of funds in cases of proven fraud or counterfeit sales.
