You can track your order by logging into your Izonie account and visiting the "My Orders" section. You will also receive an email with a tracking number once your package has been dispatched.

Izonie offers a 7-day return period for most items. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that certain items like underwear and groceries are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Yes, you can cancel a preorder at any time before it enters the shipping process. Once canceled, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
