1. Preorder Availability

The preorder option allows Izonie customers to secure products before they are officially released or back in stock. All preorder items will be clearly marked on the marketplace, accompanied by an Estimated Shipping Date (ESD).

2. Preorder Payment

  • When you place a preorder, you agree to pay for the product in full at the time of checkout.

  • Payments are processed immediately to secure your unit with the seller.

  • All transactions are securely handled via Izonie’s supported payment gateways. If a payment issue arises, our team will contact you to resolve it.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery times for preorders depend on the manufacturer's release schedule.

  • While we provide an estimated shipping date, please note this date is subject to change due to supplier delays or unforeseen logistics issues.

  • In the event of a significant delay, Izonie will notify you promptly via your registered email with updated information.

4. Stock and Product Availability

  • Preorders are based on allocations provided by our suppliers. If there are unforeseen changes in availability, we will contact you to offer a full refund, store credit, or the option to wait for the next restock.

  • If a preorder item is canceled by the manufacturer, Izonie will notify you immediately and issue an automatic 100% refund.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Before Shipping: You may cancel your preorder at any time before it enters the shipping phase for a full refund.

  • After Shipping: Once the item has been dispatched, the preorder cannot be canceled. Our standard Izonie Returns & Refunds Policy will then apply.

6. Price Protection

  • Price Increases: If the product price increases before the release, Izonie will honor the lower price at which you placed your preorder.

  • Price Decreases: Unless explicitly stated in a specific promotion, you will not be entitled to a refund for the difference if the price decreases after your preorder is placed.

7. Product Returns and Exchanges

  • Preorder items are subject to the standard 7-day Izonie Return Policy upon delivery.

  • If your preorder item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a priority return or exchange.

8. Limitations of Liability

  • Izonie strives for 100% accuracy, but we do not guarantee that all preorder details (prices or dates) are error-free.

  • Our total liability for any issue arising from a preorder is limited to the total amount paid by the customer for that specific preorder.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the territory in which Izonie operates, and any disputes will be handled via the Izonie Dispute Resolution Policy.
