Full Product Description

HeroEE 8 AIO — 8kWh and 5000W in One Plug-and-Play Unit

The HeroEE 8 AIO is a complete all-in-one energy storage system: 8,038.4Wh of Grade-A LiFePO4 storage, 5000W of rated output, and 9000W of solar charging capacity in a single unit that installs without a switchboard rebuild.

No separate battery, inverter and charge controller to specify, source and commission. One unit, one supplier, one warranty.

High Performance — 5kW Output, 38% Above Comparable Units

Most all-in-one systems in this class cap at 3.6kW. The HeroEE 8 AIO delivers 5000W rated output38% more power — which is the difference between running a workshop's compressor, a farm's water pump, or a shop's freezers and cold display, and simply keeping the lights on.

At a steady 1kW load, one unit runs for roughly 8 hours. At 2kW, around 4 hours. At full 5kW output, about 1.6 hours of sustained peak draw.

180% DC/AC Ratio — 9000W of Solar Input

The HeroEE 8 AIO accepts up to 9000W of PV input against 5000W of AC output, an 180% DC/AC ratio supporting 80% PV oversizing.

This is what makes the system genuinely productive rather than merely protective. During daylight it delivers a full 5kW to your loads while the surplus 4kW charges the battery simultaneously — so the array works at capacity instead of being clipped, and the battery is full before evening. Oversizing also flattens output on cloudy days and early mornings, when a right-sized array would underdeliver.

90–280VAC Ultra-Wide Input Range

The HeroEE 8 AIO charges across a 90V to 280V AC input range. In markets where mains voltage sags below 150V during brownouts and spikes past 260V afterwards, this range is the difference between a system that keeps charging and one that sits idle waiting for clean supply — and it protects connected equipment from the swings that destroy conventional inverters.

AC input power is rated at 5000W, matching output for fast grid recharge when solar is unavailable.

Grade-A Cells — 11,000 Cycles

Built on HiTHIUM's own 314Ah Grade-A LiFePO4 cells, rated for 11,000 cycles measured at 25°C, 100% depth of discharge, 0.5P, to 70% state of health. At one full cycle per day that is approximately 30 years of service, representing over 88 MWh of lifetime energy throughput from a single unit.

For a farm, workshop or small factory replacing diesel, that throughput figure — not the purchase price — is what determines cost per kilowatt-hour delivered.

Nine Protections, 32+ Safety Tests

Over-voltage · under-voltage · reverse connection · power limit · over-charge · short circuit · over-temperature · cell high and low temperature · over-current.

The system has passed over 32 safety tests and carries UN38.3, CE and IEC62619 certification — covering transport, European conformity and stationary battery safety standards, which matters for customs clearance, insurance and commercial tender qualification.

Storage temperature range is -20°C to 60°C.

Easy Installation — Portable, Plug-and-Play

Designed for portable operation and plug-and-play commissioning. No complex wiring, no extended electrician time, and no dependence on specialist installers — which makes it deployable in remote locations where skilled labour is scarce and site visits are expensive.

Built For

Small farms — irrigation pumps, cold storage, processing equipment
Workshops — power tools, compressors, welding, lighting
Small factories — production lines, machinery, continuous operations
Plus larger homes, clinics, schools and community facilities

HeroEE Cells Powered by HiTHIUM

HiTHIUM ranked among the global top 3 for energy storage battery shipments in 2024 and manufactures its own cells in-house rather than sourcing from third parties — single-source accountability from cell chemistry through to finished system.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the HeroEE 8 AIO?
The HeroEE 8 AIO is an all-in-one energy storage system combining an 8,038.4Wh Grade-A LiFePO4 battery, a 5000W inverter and an MPPT solar controller in a single plug-and-play unit. It is designed for small farms, workshops, small factories, larger homes and community facilities.

How much power does the HeroEE 8 AIO deliver?
The HeroEE 8 AIO delivers 5000W of rated output from 8,038.4Wh of storage. That is 38% more power than comparable 3.6kW all-in-one systems. At a steady 1kW load one unit runs for roughly 8 hours, at 2kW around 4 hours, and at full 5kW output about 1.6 hours.

How much solar can the HeroEE 8 AIO handle?
The HeroEE 8 AIO accepts up to 9000W of PV input against 5000W of AC output, an 180% DC/AC ratio supporting 80% PV oversizing. During daylight it can deliver a full 5kW to loads while the surplus charges the battery simultaneously, so the array runs at capacity rather than being clipped.

What is PV oversizing and why does it matter?
PV oversizing means installing a solar array larger than the inverter's AC output rating. The HeroEE 8 AIO supports 80% oversizing, so 9kW of panels feed a 5kW output. The benefit is that output stays closer to full rating during cloudy periods, early mornings and late afternoons, and surplus midday generation charges the battery instead of being wasted.

Can the HeroEE 8 AIO handle unstable grid voltage?
Yes. The HeroEE 8 AIO accepts an input voltage range of 90V to 280V AC, so it continues charging through the brownouts and voltage spikes that shut down narrower-range equipment. AC input power is rated at 5000W for fast grid recharge when solar is unavailable.

How long does the HeroEE 8 AIO last?
The HeroEE 8 AIO uses Grade-A 314Ah LiFePO4 cells rated for 11,000 cycles at 25°C, 100% depth of discharge, 0.5P, to 70% state of health. At one cycle per day that is approximately 30 years, representing over 88 MWh of lifetime energy throughput.

What is the difference between the HeroEE 8 AIO and the HeroEE 8?
The HeroEE 8 AIO is a complete system with a 5000W inverter and 9000W MPPT solar controller built in, ready to use out of the box. The HeroEE 8 is a battery module only, requiring a separate 24V-compatible inverter or PCS. Both share the same 8kWh capacity and 25.6V nominal voltage.

Does the HeroEE 8 AIO require professional installation?
No. The HeroEE 8 AIO is designed for portable operation and plug-and-play commissioning, without complex wiring or specialist installer time. This makes it deployable in remote locations where skilled labour is scarce and site visits are costly.

Is the HeroEE 8 AIO safe?
Yes. The HeroEE 8 AIO has passed over 32 safety tests and carries UN38.3, CE and IEC62619 certification. It includes nine protection systems covering over-voltage, under-voltage, reverse connection, power limit, over-charge, short circuit, over-temperature, cell high and low temperature, and over-current. LiFePO4 is the most thermally stable lithium chemistry available.

Can the HeroEE 8 AIO run a workshop or small factory?
Yes. The HeroEE 8 AIO is designed for small farms, workshops and small factories. Its 5000W rated output supports power tools, compressors, irrigation pumps, cold storage, welding equipment and production machinery, and the 9000W solar input allows daytime operations to run largely on generation while surplus charges the battery.

What temperature range does the HeroEE 8 AIO tolerate?
The HeroEE 8 AIO has a storage temperature range of -20°C to 60°C. It includes over-temperature protection and cell-level high and low temperature protection.

Who makes the HeroEE 8 AIO?
The HeroEE 8 AIO is made by Shenzhen Hithium Hero Energy Equity Technology Co., Ltd. in Longhua District, Shenzhen, China. Its cells are produced by HiTHIUM, which ranked among the global top 3 for energy storage battery shipments in 2024.
